All natural chickens in our signature sea salt brine. Choice of finishing style-
Dry rubbed and grill roasted, black garlic teriyaki glazed, kimchi BBQ or pollo asado style (citrus and achiote marinade)

Highly Suggested Option: Add three sauces for guests to garnish- chimichurri, herb pesto, chard pesto, harissa, black bean aioli, smoked chili relish, pickled mustard dijon, horseradish cream, preserved lemon marmalade, candied jalapeno jelly, pique pickled green banana, black sesame tahini
