Once we find the best stuff to start with we treat it with respect. Proper equipment, a mix of classic and new techniques and consideration for each and every piece of the meal ensure nothing but the best. Our style of cuisine is a little hard to nail down as it changes with every event. In general we tend to serve a lot of “new California” cuisine with a heavy focus on grilled items in the summer. And we don’t just mean BBQ, although we do that very well too. Grilling is about high heat, lots of flavor and amazing texture.
With Clint’s extensive background from a family of butchers our meat dishes get the utmost respect. Perfect cuts, perfect seasoning and an expert touch in cooking are served with every meal.
