Of course! We have worked with many of the local wedding professionals through the years. We are happy to team up with your professionals to make your day absolutely perfect. If you haven’t found a planner you love, we really enjoy working with Quality Events and Design and offer a few great perks like free tastings, cake cutting and setup when we work with them on your wedding.

All caterers need a number to work from, and we are no different. But, we are happy to make that as easy on you as possible. Sometimes you invite a big group of people and RSVPs just don’t make sense. We suggest that you give us a number that makes you comfortable, and then a guess as to how many extra people may show up. We charge you full price for the guarantee, and half price for the difference. At the event, we will count guests and then only charge full price for those that do show in addition to the guarantee. This allows you to be prepared for a landfall of surprises, without paying 100% for all of them.

We do! If you have booked us for an event and want to sit through a tasting to decide on which amazing menu items to choose then it is complimentary. If you have not yet booked, then we charge a fee of $250 for up to four guests which is applied in full to your final invoice. We try to schedule our tasting within the same season as your event so that we can use the same high quality local products that we would be serving to your guests.

Anywhere we can drive, until we can afford a helicopter!

Yes! In most cases, clients supply their own alcohol and we take care of the rest. We make our own fresh brewed teas, fresh squeezed lemonades and fruit infused waters and agua frescas in many different flavors. For bar service we can provide the mixers, garnish, tools and service along with custom blended juices and cocktail creations.

Yes! Our standard disposable plates and utensils are high quality biodegradable pieces. They have a similar look and feel to Chinet brand, but are made from sugar cane pulp. We can also supply rented china, glassware and flatware for your event as needed with many different options to choose from.

This is often the first thing that comes to mind when you’re looking for a caterer. There’s not a straight forward answer unfortunately, as many variables can affect the final price. We propose our menus including food, staff, equipment, taxes and service charges to give you a final “out the door” price for your event. In general, our wedding packages range from $30-80 per person and our least expensive menus tend to be close to $20 per person. Of course, with so many variables it is best to reach out and have us put together an estimate for your event. It’s free!
