About Great Thyme Catering
Memories. That’s what we focus on. Creating a meal so enjoyable that your guests will remember and talk about it for years to come. After 20 years in the catering business, Chef Clint still has guests from weddings that he catered decades ago comment on the quality of the food. Of course, great food comes with great service. Our crew has been in the catering and banquet business for many years, working hard to create special memories for clients across the country.
The first step to creating a memorable catered event, whether it’s a wedding reception, open house, birthday party, company celebration or holiday gathering is to work with our clients and discover the style of food they love. The ingredients and dishes that bring back great memories for them. We add our own twist to it, respect our food ecosystem by using the best and freshest ingredients we can find, then serve it with a touch of humanity. Our experience lets us take care of all the little details so that you don’t have a thing to worry about. After all, you’re supposed to be enjoying the party!
Since we specialize in full service catering, our company is set up to service you and your guests at any venue you choose. We’ve impressed many guests with our restaurant quality service and food in remote locations far from electricity, running water or even flat ground. Our goal is to help to create an environment for you and your guests that will leave you wanting for nothing.
